Sip & Savor Outdoors
School might be back in session, but summer isn’t over yet! Here are some of our favorite places with patios and rooftops for an al fresco experience you don’t want to miss!
The Raleigh Times: The rooftop at the Times is where you want to be if you’re looking for an elevated experience for drinks and good eats! No worries if heights aren’t your thing, there is plenty of outdoor seating available on East Hargett Street. Plus you can bring your pups out here too! 14 E. Hargett St.
Morgan Street Food Hall: Can’t decide what or where to eat? Go somewhere that’s got something for everyone! Grab what you like from one of the more than 15 food vendors inside, then meet on the patio for an al fresco affair! 411 W. Morgan St.
Landmark Tavern: Looking for a nice patio to enjoy a cold beer or handcrafted cocktail? Landmark Tavern is known for its laid-back atmosphere and it has an amazing patio that’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There’s a reason it's a favorite spot for locals looking to unwind after a long day. 117 E. Hargett St.
Wye Hill: Cue the city views and cold brews! We recommend getting a patio rail reservation for this one so you can soak in the Raleigh skyline as you sip on a beer from their batch craft brewery and indulge in their delightful food. 201 S. Boylan Ave.
The Pit Authentic Barbecue: You might not know this one exists… The Pit has a secluded outdoor oasis you don’t want to miss! Their “Loading Dock” is a great spot for dining in tranquility surrounded by florals and greenery. If you prefer to be more in the action amongst the hustle and bustle of the city, then their front patio is meant for you! 328 W. Davie St.
